Online Bookings

Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings may apply depending on the rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking.

Once your booking is made, you will receive an on-screen confirmation reference number – we recommend you make a note of it, though you will also receive an email outlining your reference number and reservation details.

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.

Pre Pay & Save Accommodation Cancellation Policy

For apartment reservations made using the Pre Pay & Save rate, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable in the event of any amendment, cancellation or no show. All reservations are made subject to availability at the time of booking.

The Collingham Apartments Flexible Bookings Policy

Full credit card details are required at time of booking. Credit cards which are unable to be charged will result in the reservation being null and void. Within seven days prior to arrival a pre-authorisation of the full amount using the credit card provided upon booking will be taken and upon arrival the same card provided at the reservation stage or a different card or cash must be provided to complete full payment.

Where such pre-authorisation is not possible within seven days prior to arrival, we will attempt to contact you to provide alternative payment details. Should we not receive a response within 24 hours the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

The Aparthotel operates a 72 hour cancellation policy. In the event of non-arrival or cancellations made after 2pm GMT three days prior to your arrival, a charge of the full stay up to a maximum of seven nights will be charged to your credit card.

All reservation cancellations will be issued a unique cancellation reference number which will be issued to you by the Aparthotel. In the event of a dispute over cancellation notification you will be required to produce this reference number.

For groups of three apartments or more, different cancellation policies may apply, as described in any group contract.

Apartment Availability

We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred choice of specific apartment, subject to availability. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is 12pm.

Additional charges will be applied to the guest account for later departures and the Aparthotel may charge 50% of the apartment rate for additional use of the room until 5pm, and 100% of the room rate if still occupied after 5pm.

Child Policy

Subject to availability, cots for children (up to two years) are provided free.

Sofa Bed Policy

Up to two children under the age of 12 years of age or one adult can use the sofa bed at a cost of £30 per night.

Pet & Guide Dog Policy

We do not accept animals in the Aparthotel except for those assisting with difficulties, in which case they are accommodated free of charge.

Damages & Refundable Security Deposit

We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen. We do however, reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages which we consider to be deliberately or recklessly caused, for any items discovered missing after you depart or for the cost of the room for any time period for which it is considered unusable due to damage. For this reason, we will be requiring a security deposit of up to £450.00 (we will simply need to pre-authorise your debit or credit card for an amount of up to £450.00 on arrival which will automatically get cancelled within 7 to 10 working day, depending on your bank, if no damage is caused to the apartment)

When making your reservation with us (via a Travel Agent or direct) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/ credit card used to secure the deposit. If the damage/breakages are discovered after you depart, you will be notified of any charges in writing, email or phone, as soon as is reasonably practicable.

Inability to Accommodate

In the unlikely event that upon your arrival at the Aparthotel, we are, for whatever reason, unable to provide you with the accommodation booked by you, we will, at our expense, transfer you to a suitable local Aparthotel (single one-way journey).

If you have already prepaid for your stay at the Collingham Serviced Apartments, we will settle your accommodation charges directly with the other Aparthotel.

If you have not prepaid for your stay at the Collingham Serviced Apartments, we will re-book you into the alternative Aparthotel, where you will pay for your accommodation at the same rate as that confirmed for your booking at the Collingham Serviced Apartments. We will then settle any difference directly with the other Aparthotel.

Your personal information refers to the data obtained from you in connection with the service provided. Your privacy is important to us and we promise to respect your personal information.

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will do our best to ensure that your details are accurate and up-to-date.

We will use your personal information for the following reasons so that we can provide you with a first class service:

  • To confirm, update and improve customer records
  • Identify and inform you of services that may be of interest
  • Analyse and develop a relationship with you

Personal information you supply us with and the information about your use of services will only be used by Collingham Serviced Apartments to contact you by letter, telephone or email about services that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party.
