Arrivals & Departures

What time is check-in?

Check-in is available from 3:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 11:00am.

Can I arrive late?

Yes. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day, allowing guests to arrive at any time.

Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. We are happy to store luggage on the day of arrival or departure. Please speak with our reception team for assistance.

Apartments & Facilities

Do the apartments have kitchens?

Yes. All apartments include a kitchen or kitchenette equipped for everyday cooking and dining.

Do the apartments have washing machines?

All apartment categories except Studios include a washer dryer.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Our Three Bedroom Apartments feature air conditioning. Portable air cooling units are available in all other apartment categories.

Are sofa beds available?

Yes. Sofa beds are available in all apartment categories except Studios and are most suitable for children.

Are baby cots available?

Yes. Baby cots can be provided on request, subject to availability.

Housekeeping

How often are apartments serviced?

Housekeeping is provided Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How often is linen changed?

Bed linen is changed every third day, similar to a hotel stay.

Booking & Payment

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

When is payment taken?

Payment terms vary depending on the rate selected. Flexible reservations are generally paid on arrival, whilst prepaid rates require payment in advance.

Is a security deposit required?

A security deposit or pre-authorisation may be required on arrival. The amount varies depending on the apartment type and length of stay. Please contact our team if you would like further information before your stay.

Accessibility

Is the property step-free?

The property does not offer step-free access.

Is there a lift?

A lift serves most floors of the building. Lower Ground Floor apartments are accessible by stairs only.

Do you offer accessible apartments?

We do not currently offer fully accessible apartments.

Pets & Smoking

Are pets allowed?

Registered assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable regulations and are subject to additional charges. Please contact our Team for further information.

Is smoking permitted?

The Collingham is a non-smoking property. Guests staying in apartments with private patios may smoke in those outdoor areas only.

During Your Stay

Can I receive parcels during my stay?

Yes. Our team can accept parcels on your behalf during your stay.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. Airport transfers can be arranged by our reception team for an additional charge.

Do you offer grocery stocking services?

Yes. Grocery stocking can be arranged prior to arrival on request. A small service charge may apply

Can you assist with restaurant reservations and local recommendations?

Absolutely. Our team will be delighted to assist with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, and general advice during your stay.

Can I have visitors?

Guests are welcome to receive visitors. For the comfort and security of all guests, visitors are required to sign in at reception, please note no large gatherings are permitted. If you require more than 3 guests at any one time, please ensure this is pre-approved by Reception.
