Here at The Collingham Apartments, our fundamental purpose is to make sure our guests are as comfortable as possible and their experience with us is enjoyable and stress-free – and that starts with the booking process.
We guarantee that if you book direct at www.collinghamapartments.co.uk, you will find the lowest rates on the Internet.
To back up our guarantee, if you do somehow manage to source a cheaper room rate online with an aparthotel accommodation provider, we will match the lower price as well as offer you a complementary upgrade (subject to availability).
For any claim to qualify for our price-matching guarantee, it must satisfy the following criteria:
- our reservation must be made direct through collinghamapartments.co.uk
- This guarantee applies if the rate you find on another website is lower than the best rate on collinghamapartments.co.uk for exactly the same reservation criteria, including date, room type, number of guests and the same rate terms or restrictions.
- You must SUBMIT A CLAIM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING MADE ONLINE at collinghamapartments.co.uk. If your claim is approved, you will be reimbursed for the difference between the rate charged to you at the time of booking on the Collingham website and the lower rate.
- Due to constant currency fluctuations, we won’t take into consideration differences in price of less than £3 (4€).
- We will reply to you within two working days of your enquiry and if your claim is upheld, we will send you a confirmation with the new price, amending your booking accordingly.
- In the unlikely event that you should need to claim under our lowest rate guarantee promise, you must forward your booking confirmation email to us together with the booking reference number and website address where you found the cheaper rate, plus a screenshot of the room and rate offer.
- For your claim to be approved, the lower rate advertised on the other website must continue to be available at the time of notification to our Reservations department.
- The lowest rate guarantee applies to the room rate only. We will compare the rates net of any taxes (including VAT), gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate.
- All rate comparisons will be calculated in £Sterling.
- When you contact our Reservation department and advise them of the site where you found the lower rate (this can be done by telephone or email), they will validate the availability of the lower rate and ensure that this rate meets the terms of our guarantee. If the lower rate is no longer available, the guarantee will not apply.
- Our lowest rate guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. Group rates, corporate rates, rates available on auction websites, rates available on websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is complete, wholesale rates and package rates that are part of a travel package, do not qualify.
